Rent Guarantee

Your rent is guaranteed for the full lease term (3–5 years), paid monthly by standing order — even if the property is vacant or the tenant falls behind. We simply ask for one rent-free month at the start to find the right tenant and enhance the property where needed.

Full Management

Maintenance issues are handled throughout the lease. We coordinate repairs, inspections and compliance so you don't have to. Especially popular with overseas landlords and owners with busy schedules.

Multilingual Team

Our team speaks Arabic, Farsi, Gujrati, Urdu and English. We help tenants who are new to the UK express their housing needs clearly, and offer flexible rent payment dates where possible.

Local Knowledge

Our Preston Road office sits within a ten-mile radius of most properties we let. That proximity means accurate valuations, faster viewings and genuine neighbourhood insight you can rely on.

At a personal level, we negotiate and compromise where necessary to reach agreements that work for everyone. If tenants need to upsize or downsize, we help find alternative accommodation while ensuring the landlord's property does not sit empty. We also act as a conduit between both parties — handling extra requests for furnished lets, deposit returns within ten working days (subject to condition), and day-to-day queries — so the experience stays seamless and professional.
